Payment
The your session package needs to be paid for in advance whether you decide to continue at any point or not.
All sessions/payments are non-refundable.
Communication
Other than in our 1-1 sessions you are welcome to drop me a note to my email address if anything urgent comes up for you.
Relationship
We are entering into a coaching relationship and there is not, or will there ever be, any kind of psychological counselling.
I will help you to bring out the best of yourself/your business with the highest professionalism, ethics and respect but the responsibility for any actions lies with yourself.
Misunderstandings
An important part of our relationship is finding challenges for you and encouraging you to grow and challenge yourself. If we do or say anything that upsets you please do let us know. We want to provide you with the support you need and believe that honesty and trust is critical for our relationship to grow. We want this to be an open and safe place for you to come with confidence.
Guarantees
You recognize that we will always have your best interests at heart and that with hard work and an open mind you can make life-changing strides in your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent upon your effort outside of coaching as well so no guarantees are being made. Changes may happen slowly and changes take time. Each individual is different in their learning.
Confidentiality
You recognize that in the course of our work together you may divulge goals, future plans, business affairs, personal and private information. I will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any such information for my own benefit or disclose it to a third party. We will not disclose that we are in a coaching relationship to any other party without your permission. You will not hold back relevant information that may affect the coaching sessions and you also agree to keep anything you read/hear in the sessions confidential.
I have read and agree to the points above and will honour them during our relationship. I am committed to giving this my all. Crest Coaching & HR shall not be held liable for any loss and/or damage arising from any aspect of our services. Once the terms are agreed to and payment made, I will be in touch to schedule in our 1-1 session.
