I’ve worked for UK, US and South African companies. I’ve led HR start up projects and international engagement projects, helped recruit the best and written induction programs and policies and procedures to help businesses navigate their human resources. I’ve dealt with all levels of leaders in these businesses – Having worked with multicultural and diverse brands I’ve been a trusted support and confidante to help them improve their own culture and performance. Most recently, I’ve been helping amazing business leaders of SME’s who want to grow their business to the next level. Nurturing leaders to achieve their full potential is what I do best.
